I took this photo in New York artist placed hundreds of these figures around the city at the top of buidings in parks on corners all naked men same man standing on the edge among the crowd so made me say why do we look inside for answers outside why family when oil spills and gushes out destroying why do we stay close what is their to explain what is there not a judgment I am up to the same trying to dig deep with what is in my arms length for how long can it be held my sister ran away from home when she was fifteen got caught breakin an enterin on herion for some fifteen years three kids dead husbend overdoes lost children me and my parents raised clean for five years now my niece is thirteen she ran too three days gone so far from them now my family my family my children see where is this shes back for now but all those years of fear for my sister some day dead bubbling more terrible to see my niece from baby I held to girl to this well well their is something long days spent drawing still she does and maybe in this I think I hope is something right am I right is their something pen to paper drawing what is it?is it will it stop something change anything do something for oil gusshing and childs running.

Hello Everyone,
Here is an image -I am working with family photos and book pages from family books- I xerox, then scan again at home, then photograph, then scan again etc.
I am still in the habit of taking pictures of studio work at end of each session. This is part of what is up on the walls now. I have no idea how I will incorporate it into everything else that is going on- I am moving, kicking and screaming, towards a drawing "installation" -

finally worked up the cobbles to put these out

I've realized that the only way of showing specific tiny installations in my house is by taking pictures. I didn't show these because I am in NO WAY a photographer but then I thought, what the hell...if nothing else I'll get some solid criticism from real photographers.

So all and any criticism is welcome.

I'm hoping that the pictures make it clear that they themselves are remnants of specific events?
