WOW

I am overwhelmed by all this incredible work you guys are posting here. I am in NYC this weekend and I finally met my artist teacher. What an experience, in a fancy NYC loft/studio. I felt like I was in another place and time. Like transported into the world I have only read about in books about well known artists. BUT I did get to see a real live exhibit of the photographer I am currently studying for my VC, it was FANTASTIC! What are the odds right, and it happened to be the last day of the show!
Anywho, I have a lot to show you guys but I am hussling like a madwomen lately so its been hard to keep up with things. I have lots of new darkroom prints and it seems my work has currently found itself at the base of where it has always been. My heritage of course. That realization slapped me in the face today while meeting with my AT. Strange things are happening in the darkroom and lately I feel that other things are visiting my negative other than myself. I promise I will post soon. I miss all of you SO much and I cannot wait to see you guys again. How is all the VC work going for all of you???
NYC is like a contant stimulator machine...I am going to fall down in bed like a redwood falls in the forest. ;)
